Can I return a sealed product?

Yes. Sealed products such as Booster Boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes may be returned within 7 days, provided the original factory shrink-wrap remains intact and unopened. Due to the nature of the trading card hobby, we cannot accept returns on opened packs or products.

What if my card arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please take clear photos immediately and contact our support team at info@tradingcardssouq.com. Our team will review the issue and arrange either a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
